infile_ - Primary Input File
runtime_ - Float - Maximum Hours to Run (up to 168 hours)
which_beast2_ - Excl CHoose the BEAST version, 32 = 2.3.2 (default); 30 = 2.3.0; 13, = 2.1.3
no_beagle_ - Switch - Do not use Beagle
spec_seed_ - Switch - Specify a seed for this run (by default a random seed is used)
seed_val_ - String - Enter the seed value here It is possible for a user to make a mistake, and provide a non-integer
overwrite_logs_ - switch, turn on to allow file overwriting.
